Antemia is a textile and surface design studio based near Milan, Italy. Founded in 2024 by the creative duo Anna Monguzzi and Silvia Canali, it is characterized by a feminine approach and a deep passion for art and creativity. Their strong friendship is at the heart of their shared vision: to keep the tradition of hand-painted design alive. The name Antemia comes from Anthemion, the first floral decorative motif in the history of art, which symbolizes nature and evokes beauty and harmony as a never-ending source of inspiration. Both Anna and Silvia come from an artistic background in fashion and met while working in the same textile design studio. After years of experience, they decided to found Antemia. They share a constant curiosity for illustration, fashion, travel, art, and color. These experiences shape their designs, allowing them to create collections that are both globally inspired and carefully detailed.
